Sublime Avenue 30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

1. Overview

At Sublime Avenue, we want you to love everything you purchase from us. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item(s), subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The request must be submitted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, seals, and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and intellectual-property reasons, certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Cosmetics or skincare products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

  • Magazines or printed publications once they have been shipped or digitally downloaded.

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or limited-edition event products.

4. Apparel & Accessories (Dresses, Fashion Items, Jewelry)

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted for apparel that is unworn, unaltered, and in re-sellable condition.

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact our customer-care team within 7 days of delivery for a complimentary replacement or refund.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or an error occurred on our end.

5. Magazines & Printed Media

  • Due to the collectible and intellectual nature of our print editions, magazines are non-refundable once shipped.

  • If your copy arrives damaged or misprinted, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Cosmetics & Beauty Products

  • For hygienic reasons, cosmetics and skincare items may only be returned if unopened and unused, with original seals intact.

  • Refunds will not be issued for products that show signs of use or tampering.

7. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Shipping fees, handling charges, and any promotional discounts are non-refundable.

8. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for apparel of equal or lesser value, pending stock availability.

  • If the requested size or style is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be offered instead.

9. Return Process

  1. Contact us at returns@sublimeavenue.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to ship the item.

  3. Securely pack your item(s) and include the RA number inside the parcel.

  4. Ship via a trackable service; Sublime Avenue is not responsible for lost or unverified return shipments.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@sublimeavenue.com within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos. We’ll promptly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.
